Vice President, Security Monitoring and Response

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead its Enterprise Resilience function, overseeing crisis management, operational, business and technology resilience across the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy and roadmap for global Enterprise Resilience, covering crisis management, service continuity, technical recovery and governance.
• Lead a worldwide team of directors and senior leaders, drive the resilience agenda, and chair the Enterprise Resilience Steering Committee.
• Oversee policy development, testing programs, drills and simulations with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with global resilience regulations, report to the Board and regulatory bodies, and manage functional budgets.
• Develop supply‑chain, cyber and cloud resilience programs and embed them in the overall strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise resilience or risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading global teams and complex resilience programs in a multinational environment.
• International certification experience (e.g., ISO 22301) and certified resilience professional (BCI/DRI).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
