Vice President, Product Management – Portfolio Intelligence

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the Portfolio Intelligence program. This senior leader will shape the product roadmap, drive AI adoption, and manage the P&L for solutions delivered to Core and CNPF partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Portfolio Intelligence, aligning 1‑3 year priorities with Core and CNPF partners.
• Manage the P&L for Portfolio Intelligence solutions, ensuring financial performance and value creation.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with Core and CNPF partners, driving alignment on strategic priorities.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and insight generation.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product Development and engineering teams to ensure product delivery productivity and application quality.
• Co‑create medium‑ to long‑term strategies with key partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling product solutions in global markets.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing platform‑based P&L.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and ability to work with end‑users.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving innovation and AI initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior partners.
