Vice President of Product

About the role

Second Nature is seeking a senior product executive to lead product management across a portfolio of businesses. Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and working closely with the CEO, this VP of Product will own product lines as businesses, driving revenue, retention and unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Group Product Managers, each acting as general manager of their product line.
• Define and execute roadmap aligned with business outcomes, investment rationalization and growth targets.
• Own unit economics, attach rates, new revenue share, and retention metrics across the portfolio.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Go‑to‑Market and Customer Success to align capacity, pricing, positioning and adoption.

Required profile

• Experience running multiple product lines as distinct businesses with revenue and margin accountability.
• Leadership of product organizations of 20+ people, developing managers into general managers.
• Track record of personal revenue and margin responsibility, not just delivery.
• Background in fast‑growing, founder‑led companies and direct collaboration with GTM and Finance on commercial strategy.

Required skills

• Commercial curiosity and disciplined prioritization.
• Evidence‑over‑conviction decision making.
• Cross‑functional authority and extreme ownership.

What we offer

• Remote‑first work environment with bi‑annual in‑person meetings (travel covered).
• Health benefits, 401K, open PTO and flexible schedule.
• Opportunity to shape a new category in the resident experience platform market.
