Vice President of Operations

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its business across the Tampa‑to‑Melbourne region. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, improving financial performance, and developing leaders who deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional operations, aligning people, resources, and services to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients and internal leaders at all levels.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve profitability, service quality, and efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing management team with succession planning.
• Use financial reports and scorecards to set priorities, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support business growth through site visits, proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree a plus).
• At least seven years of management experience, including hiring, leading, evaluating, and developing managers.
• Strong financial judgment and a proven track record of improving profitability and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
