Vice President of Logistics

About the role

The Vice President of Logistics will lead Enovis' global logistics strategy, overseeing transportation, warehousing, distribution, trade compliance, and customer fulfillment. This senior position reports to the EVP of Global Supply Chain and is a key member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global logistics strategy aligned with business objectives, balancing cost, service, speed, sustainability, and risk.
• Design and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to improve efficiency, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead global transportation operations across all modes and manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Oversee global warehouse and distribution center strategy, standardizing operating practices and driving operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and develop logistics risk management and business continuity plans.
• Drive logistics digital transformation using TMS, WMS, control towers, and advanced analytics.
• Integrate sustainability objectives into logistics operations and reduce transportation emissions.
• Build and lead a high‑performing global logistics organization, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics or supply chain, with proven success managing large‑scale transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations.
• Experience leading global logistics organizations in complex, multinational environments.
• Strong ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
