About the role
SKIMS is seeking a visionary Vice President of Influencer Marketing to own and scale its global influencer strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape how the brand engages creators, translates cultural moments into revenue, and drives sustainable growth across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand, growth and revenue goals.
- Identify emerging platforms, creator trends and audience shifts to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Build a scalable program architecture covering awareness, consideration and conversion across nano‑to‑mega influencers.
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of influencer managers, coordinators and agency partners, fostering a data‑driven, high‑performance culture.
- Cultivate and negotiate high‑value partnerships with top creators, talent agencies and MCNs, ensuring diverse and authentic representation.
- Oversee the full partnership lifecycle from briefing and contracting to content approval, publishing and performance reporting.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Performance Marketing, Social, PR and Product teams to integrate influencer initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience leading influencer or creator‑focused marketing programs at a global scale.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, platform ecosystems and cultural trends.
- Strong track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to translate cultural insights into measurable impact.
