Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead our global supply chain, logistics and fulfillment functions. The role will shape strategy, drive operational excellence and support rapid expansion of our fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating strategy across franchise sales, real‑estate, finance, legal and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies, evaluating AI and IoT applications for future automation and visibility.
• Enforce service‑level expectations for all third‑party partners, vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals and financial targets.
• Implement forecasting methods (moving averages, trend projections, seasonality adjustments) to drive data‑driven replenishment.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to secure capacity for projected growth.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven supply chain executive with extensive experience in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality or consumer‑products environments.
• Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise end‑to‑end supply chain processes and improve inventory and demand‑planning accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience integrating macro‑economic indicators into demand models.
• Excellent risk‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
