About the role

The Vice President, Commercial Caribbean leads commercial execution across the Caribbean region for Crowley, a U.S.-owned logistics and shipping company. This senior role integrates brokerage solutions, drives multimodal growth, and ensures strong customer outcomes while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and full P&L accountability for the Caribbean region, overseeing revenue growth, margin performance, and sustainable profitability.
• Lead a growth‑first commercial agenda focused on new customer acquisition, market penetration, and expansion while maintaining disciplined oversight of strategic accounts.
• Set clear regional commercial priorities, growth targets, and performance expectations aligned with divisional strategy, using data‑driven insights.
• Provide directional leadership to U.S.-based commercial and sales teams supporting the region to ensure alignment with Caribbean growth priorities.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional commercial strategy centered on priority verticals, new business development, and market expansion opportunities.
• Align regional business development and go‑to‑market initiatives with long‑term growth priorities and operating realities.
• Prioritize high‑value customers, target segments, and growth opportunities using fact‑based segmentation, pricing discipline, and portfolio analytics.
• Offer operational and administrative leadership for the business development function, ensuring disciplined execution of growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion in a logistics, shipping, or transportation environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to set and execute regional commercial priorities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional and matrixed teams across U.S. and offshore locations.
