Team Manager – Retail Store

About the role

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading the sales, operations, and security teams of a Tiffany boutique. Acting as the on‑site leader when the Director is absent, you will ensure an exceptional client experience while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations staff to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Lead the team on the sales floor, delivering the "Tiffany Touch" at every client interaction.
• Develop client relationships, drive client development activities, and achieve product category KPIs.
• Manage store hospitality, amenities and NPS feedback to continuously improve service.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with central and local teams, embodying LVMH values and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high‑end sales environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a focus on people development.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric mindset.
