Vice President, Brand Management – Licensing

About the role

Marquee Brands is looking for a visionary Vice President to lead brand management for its Fashion & Lifestyle licensing portfolio. Based in New York, this senior leader will shape global brand strategies, drive licensing revenue growth, and steward key relationships with licensees and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute global product and category strategies that align with each brand’s identity.
• Accelerate licensing revenue and EBITDA through partner management, innovative product development, and coordinated go‑to‑market execution.
• Guide marketing and creative teams to deliver a unified brand voice and consumer communication.
• Identify growth opportunities using market data and insight, prioritising whitespace initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development to expand market presence, secure new licensees, and explore digital channel growth.
• Partner with events, partnerships, and M&A teams to generate new revenue streams.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing, accountable team culture.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in brand management, licensing or related fields.
• Strategic vision with strong commercial acumen and relationship‑building expertise.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of fostering innovation and accountability.
