Vertical Account Manager - Life Insurance

About the role

The Vertical Account Manager will sell risk and data solutions to life insurance carriers, driving revenue growth and protecting existing revenue through a strategic, solution‑focused approach.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute territory plans, assessing revenue potential and targeting opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales support and technical implementation teams to satisfy customer needs.
• Manage customer roadmap retention actions to protect base revenue.
• Create and implement effective account and territory plans.
• Conduct gap analysis to uncover incremental opportunities within existing accounts.
• Engage with decision makers to identify business needs and generate new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Experience selling data or SaaS solutions.
• Excellent project management and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
