Valet Attendant – Guest Service Specialist

About the role

The Valet Attendant provides exceptional guest service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, creating a positive first and last impression for guests at TWELVE® Hotels & Residences. This frontline position is essential to delivering the elevated hospitality standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, offering a professional first impression.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly while adhering to traffic laws and safety guidelines.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general inquiries about the property and local area.
• Maintain accurate vehicle key records and control procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and report findings.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Communicate with Front Desk and Concierge to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous valet, hospitality, or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
