Utility Associate – 3rd Shift (Night)

About the role

This night‑shift position supports the production floor by filling in for regular workers and ensuring smooth operation of assigned lines. The role includes on‑the‑job training, equipment handling, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all duties in the assigned area when the regular worker is absent.
• Distribute, swap, and collect knives before, during, and after the shift.
• Set up production lines with stands and ice.
• Train new or current associates on line-specific tasks.
• Maintain a sanitary work area and follow all company, animal‑welfare, and regulatory policies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised, self‑motivate, and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Strong work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
