UKG Analyst 2 – Central Office (Decatur, GA)

About the role

Join the State of Georgia’s Department of Juvenile Justice as a UKG Analyst 2, supporting the agency’s time‑keeping solution. You will help ensure data integrity, generate reports, and provide training across the state while contributing to a mission that impacts more than 10 million citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Audit accuracy and integrity of data entered in the Kronos system and serve as the primary technical administrator.
• Facilitate bulk data updates, imports, exports, clean‑ups, and resolve discrepancies between Kronos and PeopleSoft HCM.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports; respond to ad‑hoc data requests and maintain real‑time dashboards.
• Provide end‑user support, develop training materials, and deliver statewide training on the time‑keeping application.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor partners on ERP and time‑keeping projects, including issue recovery and policy implementation.

Required profile

• Associate degree in business or related field and at least two years of relevant experience (or one year at the lower‑level Business Support Analyst 1).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or six years of enterprise application support experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HRIS concepts and human‑resource administration.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot Kronos InTouch terminals and Touch ID Plus biometrics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and report creation.
• Experience extracting data from Kronos Workforce Central and creating reports for consumption.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, Workday, and general ERP systems.
