Trust Administrator

About the role

The Trust Administrator joins Invesco Trust Company (ITC) to act as the subject‑matter expert for ITC’s collective investment trusts (CITs). The role supports both internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth administration of CIT products that serve the U.S. retirement market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with field sales, home‑office distribution, and third‑party partners, handling inquiries, research requests, and problem resolution.
• Maintain and update the stable‑value queue database with client information and coordinate client activity with portfolio managers.
• Deploy exception reporting, perform regular data analysis, and ensure data integrity across the client universe.
• Assist transfer agents with client onboarding, account setup, data management, and contract verification.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors to create transparency and deliver a positive client experience.
• Conduct, document, and remediate regulatory account audits in line with ITC Policy Manual and TDB regulations.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in ITC products and collective investment trusts.
• Experience providing support to internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and third‑party partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
