About the role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our growing team. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers for our transportation operations.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and communicate with CDL drivers.
- Review applications, Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) and Pre‑Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports.
- Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up with applicants.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the U.S. trucking industry.
- Recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of MVR, PSP, and driver qualification processes.
- Strong English communication and organizational skills.
