About the role
The Judicial Council/Administrative Office of the Courts (JC/AOC) in Georgia is seeking a motivated intern to support the Office of Governmental and Trial Court Liaison. Working under the Executive Trial Court Liaison, you will gain hands‑on experience with court administration, event coordination, and digital communications.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and logistics for events and meetings, including attending meetings as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and produce handouts.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files and records.
- Support management of web content, newsletters, and other digital communications.
- Contribute to special projects, event planning, and various initiatives as assigned.
Required profile
- Currently a junior, senior, graduate student, or recent graduate.
- Available to work up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for both on‑site and virtual tasks.
- Eligible to receive academic credit where applicable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and independent‑working abilities.
Required skills
- Proficient use of standard computer and technology tools.
