Transportation Claims Adjuster – Night Shift

About the role

Join Davies North America’s claims team as a Transportation Claims Adjuster working the night shift. You will investigate, evaluate and settle auto and trucking liability claims, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and resolve personal auto, commercial transportation, collision, cargo, property damage and bodily injury claims.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers and other stakeholders to achieve timely claim resolution.
• Handle moderate‑complexity claims, including those with attorney representation and litigation activity.
• Perform coverage analysis and develop claim strategies independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (fluent speaking and reading).
• Active adjuster license(s) as required by jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices and ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining quality.
