Key responsibilities
- Conduct industry job and training analysis, develop training plans, and design performance‑based training for Quick Start project companies.
- Coordinate project teams, instructional designers, and instructors to develop, schedule, and deliver training.
- Create and implement processes that ensure the quality and effectiveness of instructional materials and instruction.
- Monitor project activity, maintain training records, and research new resources and technologies for industry skills assessment and training.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Engineering, Adult Education, Human Resources Development, or a related field.
- Two years of business experience in a training environment (or six years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Preferred: four years of experience in a manufacturing training environment or eight years of related experience.
