Trainer – Enrollment Specialist & Member Experience

About the role

Carda Health is reimagining cardiac rehab by delivering virtual, patient‑centered therapy. We are looking for a motivated Trainer to lead the Enrollment Specialist and Member Experience teams, improving enrollment and retention through effective training.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules, tailored to Enrollment Specialists and Member Experience teams.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff development using virtual classrooms, one‑on‑one coaching, and on‑the‑job training.
• Support onboarding of new patients by ensuring Enrollment Specialists have the knowledge to guide patients through the process.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, feedback, and metrics, providing constructive coaching.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare outcome reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a training or instructional role, preferably in healthcare or customer service.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
