Tractor Trailer Driver - Overnight

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CDL‑A driver to operate tractor‑trailers on an overnight schedule, delivering beverages from our Sandston distribution center to customer locations across the region. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Thursday, 7 pm – 5:30 am, and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer before and after each shift and complete required logs.
• Load and unload pallets, products and equipment safely, directing material handlers as needed.
• Drive assigned routes to deliver products to customers, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Perform preventative maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, shipper and receiver authorizations, and other documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies and highway safety rules.

Required profile

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• At least one year of delivery or truck‑driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and a proven safe‑driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently on an overnight schedule.
• Physical ability to lift 45‑65 lb and climb in and out of the truck.
