Title Agent & Escrow Officer – West Palm Beach

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Title Agent/Escrow Officer to join the Lighthouse Title Services division in our West Palm Beach office. The successful candidate will support real-estate closings, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination among all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify all documents required for real-estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations throughout the closing process.
• Prepare closing statements and related transaction documents.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.
• Identify and resolve title issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct title searches to confirm ownership and uncover liens or claims.
• Oversee signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Record closing documents with appropriate government agencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records.

Required profile

• Familiarity with real-estate closing procedures and regulatory requirements.
