Infosys is seeking a Test Automation Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality automated testing solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance applications, leveraging AI‑driven platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Participate in design discussions, capture decisions and guide the development team.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Automated testing using Selenium with Java.
• API testing with RestAssured.
