Test Automation Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Test Automation Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Atlanta. You will work on AI‑driven digital transformation projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, delivering high‑quality automated testing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions for software solutions.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Proven capability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding.
