Territory Sales Representative – Shreveport, LA

About the role

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to promote its innovative gastrointestinal therapies in the Shreveport, LA area. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for gastroenterologists, advanced practice practitioners, and select primary care physicians, introducing cutting‑edge treatments and driving market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain deep product and disease‑state knowledge to deliver clinically focused messaging.
• Identify customer needs and align resources to support pull‑through activities.
• Engage healthcare professionals—including gastroenterologists, APPs, and primary care physicians—to introduce and support Phathom’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with peers, regional managers, and commercial teams to meet territory, regional, and corporate goals.
