Territory Sales Manager – Pro Channel (Oklahoma)

About the role

Diablo Tools Inc., a leader in cutting‑tool and power‑tool accessories, is expanding its sales team in Oklahoma. The Territory Sales Manager will drive market share for professional channel customers, develop dealer programs, and support regional managers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets and aim for 100% market share in assigned categories.
• Develop and implement sales programs for key dealers, manage trade‑show activities and provide coaching to other Territory Managers.
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, order placement, presentations and suggested orders.
• Travel 6‑8 overnight trips per month to meet customers and develop the territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• 1‑8 years of sales experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage budgets and collaborate with regional managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
