About the role
XDS Bicycles is launching its X‑LAB high‑performance bicycle line in North America and needs a Territory Sales Manager to establish the brand’s dealer network across the Midwest. This field‑based role involves daily visits to bike shops, opening new accounts and acting as the on‑the‑ground representative of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts and nurture relationships.
- Prospect in person throughout the territory, including cold walk‑ins.
- Guide dealers from the first conversation through the initial order and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Train shop staff on product features, positioning and demo usage.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and local market dynamics.
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand presence.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relationship‑focused sales experience.
- Proven experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory).
- Comfort with frequent travel, door‑to‑door outreach and in‑person conversations.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
- Passion for cycling or performance sports.

- Salary plus commission structure with an expected OTE of $125 k–$175 k.
