About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior District Manager for Hematology to lead a team of Oncology Sales Specialists in the Chicago district. Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of field‑based Oncology Sales Specialists, setting territory business plans for breakthrough oncology products.
• Execute the sales strategy to maximize brand objectives, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets across the district.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, shaping business decisions to reach appropriate patients.
• Adapt quickly to change, work with minimal supervision, and ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory and promotional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least eight years of relevant experience, including five years in sales or cross‑functional commercial roles within pharma, biotech, medical device, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
