Territory Manager – Specialty Surgery (Mississippi)

About the role

The Territory Manager will promote CooperSurgical specialty surgery products to surgeons, operating‑room staff and administrators throughout Mississippi. The role requires building relationships, communicating product benefits, and achieving sales targets while traveling independently across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, OR managers, nurses and administrative personnel to present product advantages.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports for the Regional Manager.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet territory revenue goals.
• Complete product and surgical‑application training, pass examinations and demonstrate competency in product use and maintenance.
• Maintain certifications for Operating Room Protocol, Bloodborne Pathogen exposure and HIPAA compliance.
• Travel overnight as needed and work independently within the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1–3 years documented sales experience, preferably in a hospital or OR environment.
• Proven ability to grow sales and meet targets.
• Valid driver’s license and up‑to‑date medical documentation.
• Positive references from previous employers.
