Territory Manager – Ostomy Care (Portland, OR)

About the role

The Ostomy Care Territory Manager will drive sales growth for Coloplast’s Ostomy product portfolio within the Portland territory. This role focuses on building relationships with acute‑care customers, delivering product in‑services, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts, develop and execute sales plans to meet territory objectives.
• Conduct consultative selling, present clinical and financial value propositions, and leverage tools such as GPO/IDN contracts.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Attend industry meetings, trade shows, and professional conferences to support business development.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and expense management.

Required profile

• 3+ years (or equivalent) of medical‑technology sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM tools for data management and reporting.
