Territory Manager – Interventional Urology & Women’s Health

About the role

The Territory Manager will drive sales of Coloplast’s implantable and single‑use surgical devices within the Interventional Urology and Women’s Health market in the Atlanta area. You will build relationships with urology clinicians, surgeons and procurement teams to grow market share and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales objectives and increase product adoption.
• Conduct consultative clinical visits, product demonstrations and support during procedures while adhering to operating‑room protocols.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales, manage inventory and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share market insights and leverage marketing tools.
• Stay informed on competitive activity, market trends and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in urology or implantable devices.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 30‑50% overnight and a valid driver’s license.
