About the role
This temporary, part‑time position provides test proctoring services in the college’s Testing Center. The role supports the smooth operation of examinations by assisting examinees and maintaining test security.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures for examinees.
- Monitor examinees throughout testing sessions.
- Maintain test security to ensure confidentiality and integrity of test materials.
- Lift and transport test materials to and from the Testing Center.
- Perform light clerical work such as answering phones, copying, and filing.
- Follow written and oral directions and perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Interpersonal skills for effective relationships with examinees and staff.
- Availability to work the Testing Center’s operational hours, including occasional Saturdays or evenings.
Required skills
- Knowledge of current PC software applications.
