About the role
We are looking for a Temporary Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities for a Greystar community in Los Angeles. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through effective marketing, pricing and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to generate qualified leads.
- Set rent pricing, concessions and ensure an inventory of ready-to-lease apartments.
- Oversee on-site traffic, leasing team performance and day-to-day sales activities.
- Monitor occupancy and revenue targets, adjusting strategies to meet goals.
- Coordinate weekend availability and support lease-up initiatives.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of leasing manager experience, preferably in lease-up environments.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing leasing teams.
- Weekend availability required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
- Experience using Snappt for tenant screening.
- Familiarity with Funnel leasing platform.
