Temporary Leasing Manager (Los Angeles)

About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities for a Greystar community in Los Angeles. The role focuses on driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention through effective marketing, pricing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to generate qualified leads.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and ensure an inventory of ready-to-lease apartments.
• Oversee on-site traffic, leasing team performance and day-to-day sales activities.
• Monitor occupancy and revenue targets, adjusting strategies to meet goals.
• Coordinate weekend availability and support lease-up initiatives.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of leasing manager experience, preferably in lease-up environments.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing leasing teams.
• Weekend availability required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using Snappt for tenant screening.
• Familiarity with Funnel leasing platform.
