Community Manager for The Seventeen Hundred on East

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of The Seventeen Hundred on East, a high‑rise lease‑up property in Charlotte, NC. The role will lead the on‑site team, manage daily activities and resources, and ensure the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support property staff to deliver high‑quality resident services.
• Monitor and control operating budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate leasing activities during the lease‑up phase for 295 units.
• Maintain property standards, handle resident inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, financial performance, and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend coverage.
