About the role
We are looking for a Template Developer to create responsive email, SMS, IVR and RCS templates. The role involves converting design assets into functional templates and ensuring they work across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js.
- Create and manage SMS, IVR, and RCS templates with internal tools and Amazon Pinpoint.
- Test email compatibility across clients using Email on Acid.
- Convert designs from Figma into functional templates.
- Track work items in Jira, log defects in Octane, and maintain documentation.

- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
