Helix Analytics Reporting Consultant – Remote Temp

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Helix Analytics Reporting Consultant to work remotely on a temporary basis. The consultant will support client reporting needs, data validation, and user story creation for the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Run, prepare, publish, and maintain reports, including SLA, KPI, QBR/ABR, and program performance dashboards.
• Respond to and manage client inquiries, handling ad‑hoc requests that may involve data validation or user story creation.
• Create user stories in Azure DevOps and gather requirements from clients.
• Perform data validation testing for dashboards and ensure data accuracy before publication.
• Participate in internal and customer contractual audits.

Required profile

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass or Beeline.
• Background in the staffing industry.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent requests.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders and clients.
• Preferable experience with Azure DevOps.

Required skills

• PowerBI for report creation and dashboard building.
• Azure DevOps for user story management.
• Fieldglass and Beeline VMS platforms.
• Data validation techniques.
