Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Practitioner

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner to support national security operations in St. Louis, MO. The role involves providing technical advice, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with agency security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute TSCM, foreign visit, gift inspection, and digital counter‑exploitation activities.
• Prepare technical risk assessments, TSCM reports, briefings, and security plans.
• Conduct RF signal of interest searches and analyze complex physical and technical security issues.
• Evaluate electronic processing equipment for vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all operations, reporting, and training comply with national and agency‑level policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of technical security or document writing experience.
• Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM certification.
• Ability to complete 40 hours of discipline‑specific training each fiscal year.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
• Baseline DoD 8570.01‑M IAT2 certification within one year of assignment.
