Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in San Jose on a three‑month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. You will provide on‑site assistance for desktop computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring smooth operation for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and related software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user permission issues promptly.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide desk‑side support to employees during regular business hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (in progress or completed).
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
• At least one year of experience in a help‑desk or desk‑side support environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 11.
