Technical Sales Executive (Remote, USA)

About the role

The Technical Sales Executive will generate high‑quality sales opportunities for NobleProg’s IT training and consulting solutions, working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B leads, converting prospects into sales while meeting quotas.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales development plans to grow the pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts, fees and service agreements and oversee demo requests.
• Coordinate the full‑cycle sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and conferences on behalf of the company.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and accounts in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and follow‑up with customers post‑sale.
• Collaborate with the executive team to shape growth strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT consulting, services or SaaS.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and close new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a remote environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
