Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for Engineering & Product

About the role

This is an opportunity to join Savvy at a high‑growth inflection point and own a meaningful portion of our technical hiring motion. As a Technical Recruiter you will run full‑cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design while partnering with the Lead Technical Recruiter on senior and complex searches.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from intake through close.
• Build strong hiring‑manager relationships, align on role requirements, and manage expectations on timelines and market.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, GitHub and other platforms.
• Track and report on pipeline KPIs such as response rates, time‑to‑slate, and offer acceptance.
• Maintain clean ATS workflows and candidate data, and contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles at a venture‑backed startup or agency.
• Proven ability to own full‑cycle technical searches independently, including senior engineering and product positions.
• Comfortable navigating compensation conversations and closing senior‑level candidates.
• Highly organized with strong process discipline and ATS hygiene.
