Technical Project/Program Manager – New College Grad (Masters)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager who is a recent master’s graduate to lead cross‑functional initiatives in Santa Clara. The role focuses on defining project objectives, managing resources, and ensuring delivery of high‑performance semiconductor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project and program objectives, milestones, and resource plans to ensure effective execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within cost, and according to product/process specifications.
• Document all phases of development and ensure compliance with company policies on confidentiality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize productivity and incorporate new technologies into Applied Materials products.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience with business analytics, data systems, and statistical modelling.
• Experience working in high‑performance, high‑volume Agile environments and with global cross‑functional teams.
