Technical Program Manager

About the role

Maleda Tech is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across a portfolio of business‑critical programs for a leading online marketplace. The role is embedded within a core engineering organization supporting systems that manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own program execution for cancellations, reservations, and services initiatives; track milestones, surface risks, and drive resolution across Web, iOS, and Android engineering teams.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to align roadmaps, sequence work, and keep cross‑team dependencies visible and unblocked.
• Drive delivery of key workstreams, including cancellation policy systems, reservation management flows, customer service tooling, and related trust and support infrastructure.
• Run regular program cadences (stand‑ups, cross‑functional syncs, stakeholder updates) to keep progress visible and escalate issues appropriately.
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks before they become blockers.
• Contribute to bi‑annual product release planning by managing assigned workstreams through the full product lifecycle.
• Translate complex technical work into clear status communications for engineering directors and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering cross‑functional software programs.
• Experience with consumer‑facing product surfaces and multi‑platform delivery (Web, iOS, Android).
• Strong stakeholder management; able to lead through influence without direct authority.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, creating structure and keeping programs moving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize complex trade‑offs for varied audiences.

• Hourly rate $75 – $89.
