Technical Program Manager - Implementation

About the role

Candid Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Implementation to act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Design and Operations. You will translate high‑level business goals into concrete technical milestones and ensure seamless delivery of our growing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large‑scale initiatives, creating roadmaps, defining milestones and tracking progress across multiple teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Operations, converting customer implementation needs into technical requirements and managing feature rollouts.
• Map and manage interdependencies between core infrastructure and customer‑facing workflows, identifying bottlenecks early.
• Anticipate technical risks and facilitate trade‑off discussions between delivery speed and technical debt.
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on program health, resource allocation and core KPIs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role.
• Comfortable in technical environments with a solid understanding of APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Exceptional communicator who can distill complex technical updates for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bias toward action and ability to build systems that enable others to work efficiently.
• Collaborative, resilient relationship builder who can influence without direct authority.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, Linear and Asana.
• Documentation platforms like Confluence and Notion.
