Technical Product Manager - AI Solutions

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to design and deliver high‑value AI Agent solutions for the Veeva Development Cloud. You will help life‑science customers accelerate clinical trials, automate regulatory submissions, and improve pharmacovigilance.

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on design and development of AI solution prototypes for domains such as Submissions, Clinical, or Drug Safety.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications, including data flow, orchestration, and prompt management.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI.
• Present solution capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding skills in Python and hands‑on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with engineering, UX, and product teams.
