Technical Product Manager (AI) – QualityDocs & Training

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training. The role focuses on building AI‑driven automation for regulated quality content management and learning management systems, helping life‑science companies improve compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on design and development of AI product features for QualityDocs and Training.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications, including data flow, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations and present capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based within one hour of the Eastern Time zone and able to travel up to 20%.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
