Technical Product Manager – AI for Labeling

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to design and deliver AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling, a new product that automates drug labeling content creation and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Hands‑on design and development of AI product feature prototypes for Veeva Labeling.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications, including data flow, orchestration, and prompt management.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations and present capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with engineering, UX, and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and be based within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI/ML concepts.
• Data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
