Technical Deployment Lead

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to head the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in regulated industries. In this founding team you will shape technical playbooks, define repeatable processes, and act as the bridge between customers and our engineering and research groups.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery for each engagement, from statement of work to production deployment.
• Lead technical discovery, map customer workflows, define MVP scope and solution architecture.
• Drive day‑to‑day engineering execution, coordinate Anthropic and customer teams, and make real‑time trade‑offs to protect the critical path.
• Scope product requirements, author documentation, prioritize engineering backlog and manage scope against success criteria.
• Maintain the customer relationship, lead executive briefings, and represent Anthropic’s technical credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Define impact hypotheses, set baselines and KPIs, measure ROI and report outcomes to executive sponsors.
• Codify reusable delivery assets, build solution patterns, evaluation frameworks and technical playbooks, and feed field insights back to product and research.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions for enterprise customers, especially in highly regulated sectors.
• Ability to discuss architecture with engineering teams and to present to C‑suite executives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills across technical, procurement and business leaders.
• Track record of defining scopes, milestones, success criteria and measuring value delivery.
