Technical Consultant – Integration Architect (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is a leading industry‑cloud provider for life sciences, offering a flexible Work Anywhere environment. The Technical Consultant (Integration Architect) will design and implement integrations for SiteVault, supporting clinical research sites and ensuring long‑term customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations that align with customer goals, including SSO and Microsoft Collaborative Authoring setups.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering and other teams to improve the platform and processes.
• Support customers in migrating onto SiteVault, handling large data set transformation, loading and verification.
• Build tools for high‑volume targeted data updates in production environments.
• Collaborate with customers and third‑party vendors, manage escalations and drive proactive engagement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation within life sciences, healthcare or related fields.
• Based in the United States with ability to travel 10‑20% (preferably Eastern or Central Time Zone).
• Proven experience working directly with customers and third‑party stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ability to act quickly, roll up sleeves and deliver results.

Required skills

• Python and SQL coding experience.
• Proficiency with git and version control.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7v2 and FHIR.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 authentication/authorization schemes.
• Experience with large‑scale data migrations and SaaS/cloud environments.
