About the role
Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you’ll be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective application of technical knowledge to install, implement, service, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions on IT networks, ensuring high‑quality delivery of real‑time patient data.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements and support the transition to a solutions‑focused operating model.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings to achieve customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional teams, clinical, sales, and service partners to coordinate project resources and tasks.
- Perform administrative duties such as timesheets, work orders, expense reports, and documentation in compliance with Philips, state, and federal regulations.
- Install complex, multi‑phased IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment in clinical and non‑clinical environments.
- Review system configurations, diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical issues during implementations.
- Travel across Central and Northeast Pennsylvania, with average daily driving of 1‑4 hours and occasional overnight stays.
Required profile
- 3 + years of field‑based experience in IT or electronics within a clinical or hospital service environment (or 7 + years without a degree).
- Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, or defibrillators is highly preferred.
- Network configuration and troubleshooting experience; CCNA certification required (or to be obtained within six months).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in office/home, remote, and hospital settings, with flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations.
- US work authorization and residence in Central or Northeast Pennsylvania.
