About the role
Taco Bell is hiring a Team Member in Pratt, Kansas. The position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not the corporation itself, so the franchisee is the only employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs. The Team Member is the first face customers see and the first voice they hear on the drive-thru, setting the tone for the customer experience.

- Assist in resolving service or food issues
- Maintain food-safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment
